Last night, she and one of her friends PARTIED LATE INTO THE NIGHT with Justin Bieber, his homie LIL TWIST, and their entourage at Nice Guy In HOLLYWOOD. According to one of our EXTREE-E-E-EMLY well placed insiders . . . Kylie was ALL OVER TWIST. Our snitch tells us that Kylie used to DATE Twist back before she was legal. And that it was TWIST and not TYGA . . . who took Kylie's VIRGINITY.
Kylie spent MUCH OF THE NIGHT, in a VIP AREA surrounded by bodyguards. Kylie was sitting on Twists lap and smooching - while her friend hung out with Justin.
